Craftsurf.co is committed to customer satisfaction - If you receive any merchandise that is damaged or the wrong size, please email us upon receipt and simply return it to us within 7 days, if 7days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note, clearance items & swimwear are the final sale. ( we don't refund for change of mind purchases )
Which are non refundable, exchangeable or returnable.
Items must be in the condition that you received them in. We can organise a store credit or refund for faulty items (only faulty items under our review. If it is simply a size exchange, simply return it to us within 7 days, with an #RA number before returning. If you don't email us before sending back any items for an #RA number, the product will be refused and marked return to sender. If returning for an exchange please include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.
Please note, we don't refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing purchase. We offer a size exchange or store credit, unless item is faulty.
If you do need to return your product, please follow the simple steps below:
1. Email email@example.com with your order number / receipt of purchase. Include your details and reason for return, with a photo if goods are damaged.
2. Return all items in the original packaging with original tags attached, with a copy of your receipt in a secure carton or post office satchel. Returning items are at your expense unless otherwise.
3. Address your package with below address:

4. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
5. Once received, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange or store credit as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of goods, we will send you an email confirming your exchange.
Return Terms and Conditions
All items returned for exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted.
Boxed/Packaged Goods: Please note that if you are wanting to exchange boxed goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. If the items are being posted back, please ensure you pack them inside a satchel & do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange the goods.
Wetsuits: When returning wetsuits please fold carefully. Badly creased wetsuits may not be accepted for return. Exchanges for correct size on wetsuits no problem, we are committed to our customers having the perfect fitting suit. Please make sure when trying on your suit for the first time you do so in a clean, dry place. Free from dust, dirt, sand, water etc. Save the bag and do not remove the tags incase you need to exchange the suit.
Suits that are returned dirty or wet will not be considered for exchange. So please make sure the suit fits before use.
Due to the cost of international freight we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds or returns on any items shipped outside of Australia. If you are ordering outside of Australia please make sure you are 100% happy with the Brand/Product you are buying before purchase. We have size guides & information on all products sold online. These measurements are directly from the brand themselves.
